Job summary
Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a range of maintenance duties within the Harbor Creek apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage preventive maintenance programs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and A/C certification.
Qualifications
- At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
- A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
Responsibilities
- Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
- Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
- Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
- Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
- Assists with resident functions.
- Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
