Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Harbor Creek to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and A/C/electrical tasks across the community. You will assist the Service Manager with daily needs and ensure timely completion of service requests in a proactive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
