Job summary

Highmark Residential in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties across the community.

You will install, repair and rekey deadbolt locks, complete service requests promptly, participate in the preventive maintenance program, and help uphold safety standards. A reliable driver’s license and readiness to work a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter mindset.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
