Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the Park Laureate community in Louisville, KY. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems while delivering outstanding service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment, residential, or commercial settings.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• Active, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
• Participate in the rotating on‑call schedule supporting Fox Run
