Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
• Operate and maintain maintenance shop equipment and tools safely.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to schedule tasks.
