Qualifications

• Two years of experience in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, and more.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
• Keep community pools clean and safe.
• Work with contractors to ensure quality work.
• Assist with light landscaping and trash pickup.
• Make units move-in ready.
• Report safety issues immediately.
• Take on additional maintenance tasks as needed.
