Qualifications
Two years of experience in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities
Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, and more.
Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
Keep community pools clean and safe.
Work with contractors to ensure quality work.
Assist with light landscaping and trash pickup.
Make units move-in ready.
Report safety issues immediately.
Take on additional maintenance tasks as needed.
