In this hands-on role you will perform routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, complete work orders promptly, and assist with move-in readiness. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; EPA 608 or HVAC experience is a plus, with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct unit inspections and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, including on-call duties.
• Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property.
• Communicate effectively with residents and management regarding maintenance status.
