Job summary

A Better Way ABA in Gainesville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team for an apartment complex. Compensation is based on experience and the role involves daily property upkeep and repairs.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as needed, with additional duties assigned by the supervisor. A valid driver’s license is required and physical effort may be needed on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
