Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in apartment maintenance or trade.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
• Applicable certifications like EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with residents and vendors.
