Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician at Walnut Trace Apartments. The role involves repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment systems.

You must have your own tools and a valid driver's license; the hourly rate ranges from $21.75 to $27 per hour, depending on experience. This position requires ability to perform on-site HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance work, participate in emergency calls, and help prepare

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance of apartment systems.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspect and document work or oversee subcontracted service providers.
