Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicians with strong HVAC experience to support multifamily communities. This multifamily role covers HVAC tasks plus general maintenance, including work orders, unit turns, and make-readies.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, preparing units for new residents, repairing appliances, basic electrical/plumbing work, and supporting renovations as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required (no exceptions).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience.
• Owns personal tools and HVAC gauges.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units.
• Prepare units for new residents (make-ready/punch process).
• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed.

Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Focus) Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Technicians with strong HVAC experience to support multifamily apartment communities.

Job Description

This is a multifamily apartment maintenance role, not an HVAC-only position. The Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Focus) is responsible for maintaining HVAC systems and performing general apartment maintenance duties, including work orders, unit turns, and make-readies.
