Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for the Springs at 2534 in Johnstown, CO. You will address residents' service needs and assist in maintaining facility operations, reporting to the Service Supervisor.

The role is full-time with pay between $21.00 and $24.00 per hour plus performance incentives. Applicants should be ready to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in property or related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance).
• Comfort with using computers, tablets, and phones to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team; perform tasks as needed to keep community attractive and safe.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related systems.
• Maintain property appearance and safety through grounds upkeep, painting, and snow removal where applicable.
• Utilize software/mobile apps daily to track and complete work orders.
