Advanced Management Company is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to help maintain multiple apartment communities in Southern California. You will perform daily cleaning, light maintenance, and safety inspections to ensure attractive, safe environments for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, repairing minor items, and coordinating with vendors as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with weekend availability and the ability to

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to clean leasing office, model apartments, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, fitness centers, elevators, stairwells, pools, BBQ areas and ensure curb appeal.
• Perform trash removal, cleaning of common areas, windows, doors, and surfaces as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report damages; participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Assist in minor repairs and ensure maintenance of interior and exterior spaces and amenities.
• Work with vendors and construction services as directed.
