Advanced Management Company (AMC) is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician for Park Plaza in Santa Ana, CA. You will perform cleaning, basic repairs, and upkeep of common areas and apartments while maintaining safety and a high standard of curb appeal.

The role requires reliability, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a professional image. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off and company-sponsored events.

Qualifications

• Show up to work on time and follow directions from Community and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to clean leasing office, model apartments and common areas to uphold curb appeal.
• Perform cleaning and removal of trash and debris in common areas and vacant units as needed.
• Inspect property and report safety hazards; participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Assist in minor repairs and routine maintenance to interiors and exteriors of the community.
