NRP Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role performs general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes while responding to resident service requests.

Candidates should have EPA Universal Certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years maintenance experience.
• Proficient with basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain storage area and materials; refurbish apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality; report safety concerns.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds and common areas; respond to service requests.
• Crew scheduling and vendor coordination as needed; participate in safety meetings.
• Support at other properties as required.
