The ideal candidate has solid maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer‑focused approach to service. On‑call rotation and physical work are involved.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including unit turns and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of maintenance supplies.
• Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with residents and vendors.
