The role includes completing service requests, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, unit turns with drywall, painting, and minor renovations, repairing appliances and fixtures, and assisting with grounds and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must own basic hand tools (power tools preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests independently
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Complete unit turns, including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
• Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks
• Assist with grounds and property upkeep
