Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an on-site Maintenance Tech for a 121-unit property in Victorville, CA. This full-time role offers full benefits and compensation based on experience. The candidate should have 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and inventory control. A valid driver's license, drug/background checks, and AC certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AC Certified
• Rotating weekend schedule.
• Drug/alcohol-free workplace and background check.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and coordinate work orders.
• Plumbing: Replace faucets, snake drains, and install toilet valves.
• Carpentry: hang windows and doors, repair hinges, repair/replace door/window locks.
• Replace light fixtures, ballasts, switches, and plugs.
• Inspect and maintain building and life safety systems; preventive maintenance.
