TIMMONS PROPERTIES INC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of West End Terrace Apartments in Nashville, TN. Location: 261 White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN 37209. Compensation: $25.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Immediate hire reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, performing plumbing/electrical/ carpentry repairs, troubleshooting issues, keeping common

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

West End Terrace Apartments - Nashville, TN

Position Overview

West End Terrace Apartments is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall condition of our apartment community. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, functional, and attractive property environment.

This is an immediate hire opportunity due to a current staffing need.

Location: West End Terrace Apartments | 261 White Bridge Road | Nashville, TN 37209

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Reporting To: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner


• Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, etc.)


• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate solutions


• Property Upkeep Maintain common areas and building systems


• Ensure property remains safe and operational

Unit Turnovers

• Prepare vacant units for leasing


• Perform trash-outs and basic repairs as needed

Safety & Compliance

• Identify and report hazards immediately


• Follow all company safety and compliance policies

Team Support

• Work closely with management and onsite staff


• Assist grounds/porter staff as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee driver's license


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Previous apartment or multi-family maintenance experience


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs


• Experience handling work orders and property maintenance systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors as needed
