NRP Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Required). Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and ensure quality apartment homes.

You will handle preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with renovations per company standards. EPA certification is required or pursued, and a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred, to be attained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in residential properties.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and janitorial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Assist with property upkeep and maintenance of storage areas.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and apartment quality.
• Respond to service requests and safety concerns; participate in safety meetings.
• Handle weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergencies as scheduled.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on improvements.
• Maintain accurate record of tasks completed.
