Zusammenfassung

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping across our apartment communities. You will support preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure curb appeal and quality living spaces.

Under supervision, you’ll handle customer service requests, coordinate with vendors, and participate in safety programs. A high school diploma and CFC certification are preferred, with 3–4 years of related experience in a property

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience recommended.
• Technical skills and safety knowledge are required; ability to operate various tools and coordinate with vendors.

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and organization of materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk property daily to maintain curb appeal and quality of units.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Occasionally assist at other properties and run errands as needed.
