Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, MN. The role offers a $22.00–$25.00 per hour pay range (DOE) with quarterly bonuses and on-call pay, plus robust benefits.

You will perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs; prep units for new residents; and maintain grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall & painting, water heater systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks).
