TI Communities in Austin, TX is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Agave Falls to ensure residents feel at home through reliable repairs and proactive maintenance. You will join a supportive team that values safety, care, and community spirit as you handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include addressing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, completing work orders, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with one Saturday per month - bilingual Spanish preferred
