Job summary

TI Communities in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will handle urgent repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call rotations to support residents and teams.

Must be HVAC certified and able to diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. Proficiency with hand and power tools and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified and multi-trade maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Reliability, customer-first attitude, and willingness to be on-call.

Employment Duration: Regular, Full time

Salary: $22-$23/hour + bonus + benefits + housing discount

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 24hr on-call every three weeks

What You’ll Do

• Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

What We’re Looking For

• Maintenance know-how across multiple trades.
