The ideal candidate will have hands-on multi-trade skills, a strong customer service approach, and the ability to work in a team. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a must.
• Customer service attitude and teamwork are essential.
• Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and more.
