Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC. You will handle day-to-day maintenance requests and repairs, helping to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Maintenance Technician | Wilmington, NC | Full-Time | On-Site | Multifamily Housing | Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Monarch is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC.

Pay & Benefits:

• $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Quarterly maintenance bonuses up to $3,000 per year
• $100 weekly on-call bonus when on call
• Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any on-call service call
• $50 major holiday on-call bonus per day worked

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Day shift
• Full-time, year-round position
• On call approximately 1 week every 5 weeks

What You’ll Do:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep the property in good shape and make sure residents have a safe, comfortable place to live. The job includes handling day-to-day maintenance requests, completing repairs, and helping with the overall upkeep of the community.

HVAC experience is preferred, and we’ll provide paid EPA certification training.
