Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Elk Crossing in Williston, ND. This hands-on role offers full-time hours, a day shift, and an on-call rotation every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• EPA Certification preferred
• Appliance repair skills preferred
• Plumbing skills
• Multifamily experience preferred, but all maintenance professionals are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• This position will focus on HVAC related work orders including: Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues.
• Detecting and soldering refrigerant leaks.
• Recharging freon gas.
• Changing failing compressors and blower motors.
• Replacing limit switches & fuses.
• Other common HVAC problems.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance including filter changes and coil cleanings.
• Non-HVAC repairs may include: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances.
• Some unit turn maintenance and cleaning may be required.
• Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone (1 week every 3 weeks).
• Snow removal (when needed during winter).
• Written skills maintenance test during interview.
• Pre-employment screenings: background check, drug screening, valid Driver’s License

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Williston, ND. This is a hands on maintenance position at The Reserve at Elk Crossing community with guaranteed full-time hours!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 3 weeks.

Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What you need:

What Our Maintenance Technicians Will Do:

• Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner.

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
