Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable technician capable of performing general carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing repairs and replacements, electrical repairs and replacements, trash outs, flooring, HVAC, and related tasks.

This position can be part-time (3 days a week) or full-time, with flexible pay arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Experience: Maintenance experience of at least 1 year

Work Location: Multiple locations
