We are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Country Club Apartments in Toledo, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing apartments between residents and handling on-site maintenance calls.

• Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 an hour

What We Need from You:

• Valid Driver's License
• On-Call Rotation ($100.00 bonus)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing, and Hand Tool knowledge
