Sancrest Llc is seeking a Handyman Technician to provide on-site maintenance support across multifamily communities in Minnesota. The role requires performing routine building and unit maintenance, completing work orders, and responding quickly to urgent issues to keep homes safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-ins, handling basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation in the
