Job summary

KH Properties is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across multifamily properties in the Midwest and South. You will diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, document activities digitally, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional HVAC experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• EPA certification (Type I and II or Universal) required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple maintenance requests independently with attention to detail.
• Reliable communication via email or digital reporting.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and digital maintenance platforms.
