Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician at our Prestige at Barker Cypress community in Cypress, TX. The role focuses on completing service requests, coordinating make-readies, and supporting the Property Manager with maintenance projects.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a maintenance technician in multifamily housing, valid HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and tools. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Working Environment of the Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
