Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests, make-readies, and routine repairs. You’ll work with the Lead Maintenance Technician on projects, maintain safety and cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic, outdoor-oriented setting.

Requirements include 2+ years in apartment maintenance, a valid HVAC license, basic hand tools, and willingness to work on-call.

What You'll Do As An Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician

What We're Looking For in an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician

• Minimum 2 Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry (REQUIRED)
• Valid HVAC License REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment For The Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
