Job description

Our Tarboro location is currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
2. Estimate time and extent of repairs
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance
4. Maintain material and supply inventory
5. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
2. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
3. Ability to handle physical workload
4. Deadline and detail-oriented

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

This is a Temp to Hire position.
