Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Seattle to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and keep market-ready apartments in excellent condition. You will also maintain common areas and report safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for vehicle operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances and perform interior repairs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests and safety concerns.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify needed repairs or replacements.
