Odin Management LLC seeks a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers, with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills valued. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager on parts are part of the role.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in maintenance, a neat appearance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to help ensure efficient operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team; positive attitude.
• Neat, clean, and professional with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
