Odin Properties LLC. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community.

You will organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers, with hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to keep units in top condition. This on-site role requires a reliable, neat professional with at least two years of maintenance experience, the ability to work on-call rotations, and strong teamwork with the property staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Able to work on call rotations.
• Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Attendance is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Organize and prioritize resident work orders and turnovers.
• Complete maintenance duties efficiently and accurately.
• Report outstanding work orders to the Property Manager daily.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on parts/material purchases as needed.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
