Odin Management LLC in Carbondale, IL is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain our multifamily community. The main function is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, and a neat, professional demeanor. Expect on-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager for parts.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in maintenance field.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
