JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to perform a range of building upkeep tasks. You will repair plumbing fixtures, flooring, drywall, and electrical components, while coordinating with supervisors to complete work orders efficiently.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, own basic tools, and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Strong reliability and physical stamina are essential.

Responsabilités

Positions are Monday through Friday 8-5pm.Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills.Responsibilities:Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drainsReplacing carpets and wooden floorsInstalling and repairing wires, plugs, and switchesInstalling appliancesDrywall repairs and paintingSweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary#JTSPHaleyQualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentOwn their own set of toolsAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedTo be qualified all candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start soon.
