Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Louisville, KY area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including grounds cleanup at our communities. (NO ON-CALL!)

Excellent customer service experience required, with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction at all times.
