You will diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems, perform general property maintenance, respond to resident requests, and support turnover and inspections. On-call duties and snow removal are included.

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on‑call rotation 1 week every 7 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.00 - $23.00/Hour
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
• On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
