As an Apartment Maintenance Technician for HHHunt's Abberly Place apartments, you are passionate about providing quality services and products. What You'll Do
  • Complete inspections, work orders, and tasks across four technical areas, adhering to policies and providing excellent customer service.
  • Solve routine and some complex problems, and assist in other technical areas as needed.
  • Notify the Service Manager about parts or supplies needed for work orders.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule for emergency response and document work accordingly.
  • Maintain current training and certifications as required by HHHunt.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors under the guidance of the Service Manager.
  • Keep accurate time sheets and communicate effectively with the community and management about any issues or charges.
  • Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained, representing the company professionally and adhering to dress codes.
  • Maintain community equipment and vehicles per standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of related experience, or trade certification plus 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, and Swimming Pools.
  • EPA 608 Type I & II certification.
  • Valid CPO and CAMT certifications.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to use smart devices and organizational tracking systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors.
