Responsibilities

• Track and complete work orders on occupied and vacant apartments and amenities.
• Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if licensed), carpentry, painting.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins, including lock changes and inspections.
• Assist with property inspections such as fire safety and pest control.
• Keep records of maintenance supplies and submit orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work area.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and complete work orders on occupied and vacant apartments, and amenities.
• Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if licensed), carpentry, sheet rocking, painting, lighting, etc.
• Preparing apartments for tour/new resident move ins by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, scheduling vendors where necessary.
• Assist with property inspections such as semi-annual, fire safety, pest control, etc.
• Keep records stock and inventory of maintenance supplies and submit orders when materials are needed.
• Keep tools, supplies and work area clean and functioning properly.
• Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Property manager.
• Must have reliable transportation
