We are seeking candidates to fill a Multi-Skilled Maintenance position at our property, Fairfield Pointe Apartments. This lovely community has 600+ units.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of basic maintenance problems including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance in occupied units and make-ready repairs in vacant units.
• Maintain a neat and organized maintenance shop.
• Perform on-call duties as required.
• Purchase and order supplies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and steps, operate power tools and door locks.

Additional Notes:

• HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
