Job Description

We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! We have recently purchased more properties and need to expand our established team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other related tasks. THIS IS NOT AN HVAC ONLY POSITION, but HVAC Certification is required. Must be open to weekends and overtime as needed. PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders promptly
• Maintain the grounds, including shoveling and salting in winter
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Communicate accurately with the management team
• Maintain punctuality and good attendance
• Clean apartments after turnover, preparing for new tenants
• HVAC CERTIFIED
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Light plumbing, painting, and patching experience
• Construction or remodeling experience is a plus
• Manage material and supply inventory
• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed
• Willing to work at other properties, primarily at your assigned property
