• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests
• Fix minor plumbing and electrical issues
• Install and repair appliances
• Repair general punch items
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins to pass inspection
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, drywall repair
• Pressure washing and leaf blowing of common areas

Requirements:

• Light electrical experience (6+ months)
• Basic plumbing experience (6+ months)
• Ability to install appliances
• Reliable, dependable, proactive work ethic
• Good customer service skills
• Own basic tools (screwdriver, pliers, wrenches)
• Lift 40-50 pounds
