Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for AMLI Broadway Park, a luxury lease-up just off South Broadway in Denver. You will help operate and upkeep a 373-unit building, handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs to keep residents safe and satisfied.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, participating in preventative maintenance, and being available for on-call shifts, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• On-call and weekend rotation availability.
• HVAC certification (Type 1/2 or Universal) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Be available for on-call, including weekends and nights.
• Inspect and maintain pool, exterior lighting and general upkeep.
• Keep work area and supplies organized and inventoried.

AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for AMLI Broadway Park, a luxury lease up just off South Broadway. As the Maintenance Technician , you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the 373 unit building.

Compensation and Benefits:

Duties include:

• Perform maintenance services such as: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.

• HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
