Job summary

The position is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
