Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main responsibilities include organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and turnovers effectively and efficiently.
• Clean vacant units and buildings.
• Maintain a log of outstanding work orders and report daily to the Property Manager.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and organized.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
