Capital Square Living is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist for Woodwinds Apartments in Aiken, SC. You will perform technical maintenance and repairs to ensure building safety, cleanliness, and functionality, while preparing units for leasing and maintaining common areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset. On-site work with routine and on-call hours is expected, with opportunities to contribute to property upkeep and resident

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Performs general cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Assists in property inspections to identify safety risks.
• Responds courteously to resident questions and requests.
